Step 3

YOU’RE OFFICIALLY A FELLER CLIENT

We sign the building contract, and start the building approval process. and go ahead with the Selection Process.

Step 4

STARTING CONSTRUCTION

Building Approvals Obtained! Now lets start the actual works

Step 5

PRACTICAL COMPLETION / HANDOVER

Woohoo your vision has now come to life, its now time for practial completion, which is the completion of your project.

As a custom home builder, the pre contract stage is very important. This is where we plan a one-on-one meeting to solidify our clients needs. There’s a few steps involved in this process.

STEP 1 CHAT TO THE BUILDER – An appointment will be scheduled for you to meet us, we will then talk about the vision for your project. We will cover all aspects of your project from the Pros and all the possible Cons, we also can suggest and advise where needed, you are also free to bring any inspo examples to show us. After this meeting we will then sum up all the infomation and provided you with a quotation

STEP 3 BECOMING A FELLER CLIENT – Now that your final floorplans have been decided and the builder has drawn up a tender specific to your plans, a building contract will be issued and signed Welcome to the Feller Family !

After the architect has gathered all the details, he will need a considerate draft time to come up with a masterpiece, because we all know how hard it can be to create something new each and every time. Timeframes may vary depending on design, size or service and demand.

STEP 2 PER-CONTRACT STAGE – After our quote is accepted the next step is to book an appointment with the architect, but before that we’re going to need a few necessary documents. Some of these documents you may already have like 10.7 planning certificate, site survey plan etc. If you’re missing documents no need to worry we can help source them.

With all the necessary documents gathered, and all the details you’ve talked about with the builder and our team, it’s now time to work on your floorplans. At a meeting with the architect you can bring any materials to help us envision what you want. You’ll also have the option to use one of our previous home designs.

STEP 4 STARTING CONSTRUCTION – Now that we’ve obtained all the permits and certificates for your projects now its time to start actual works, these may included demolition, the leveling of your land in prepation of laying concrete slab.

STEP 5 PRACTICAL COMPLETION/ HANDOVER – The last breakdown on the construction schedule is Practical Completion for this a final inspection will be booked between you and the builder to discuss
