CUSTOM PLANS

To kick off this process we will book an appointment with our architect to show him all materials and inspo you want your house to look like, if you need a little help with design, that’s no problem because you can choose any one of our plans to build or use as a base to change.

how do i create my own plans ?

An appointment will be set with our architect and team, during this appointment you will discuss the possibilities of your project. A member of the construction team will also be present at the appointment making sure everything can phyically come to life.

how long does it take to PRODUCE custom plans ?

This all depends on how custom and how big your design is, blueprints chosen with minimal changes can take up to 2 weeks, while a full custom plans can take up to 4 weeks.

what if i DOn’t like the floor plans that were produced?

We understand that no one gets it right the first time, thats why we allow 4 layout changes within state and council regulations free of charge.

who is your architect?

We have partnered up with another family business that takes their craft to a whole new level, they have been designing for major interior design companies and other custom builders for over a decade. The design practicality knowledge is irraplaceble.
